Equal Employment Specialist

As an Equal Employment Specialist, you will ensure fair employment practices and promote diversity within the organization.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Analyze and interpret new or complex EEO legislation, public laws, regulations, and policies.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with EEOC, national civil rights organizations, and other professional EEO/Diversity affiliations.
• Utilize statistical analysis to identify employment barriers and monitor progress towards EEO goals.
• Coordinate or assist with Disabilities Programs and related activities.
• *Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience (equivalent to GS-12) in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
• Experience must demonstrate competency in:

* Evaluating EEO legislation, policies, and procedures. * Building relationships with EEO and diversity-related organizations. * Applying statistical analysis for EEO insights. * Supporting or coordinating Disabilities Programs.

• All qualifying experience, including paid, unpaid, and volunteer work, will be considered.
