Job Description

Summary

Lead EEO compliance initiatives, analyze workforce data, prepare reports, and manage discrimination complaint resolution.

This role requires a dedicated professional to lead and manage Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) compliance initiatives.

  • *Responsibilities:**
  • Direct EEO compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to civil rights laws and promote fair treatment in employment.
  • Evaluate workforce data and employment practices to identify disparities and recommend corrective, equitable actions.
  • Develop legally required EEO reports and strategic plans to fulfill statutory obligations and inform leadership.
  • Oversee the timely and effective resolution of discrimination complaints and manage contractor performance for EEO compliance.
  • *Requirements:**
  • Minimum of one year of specialized, full-time work experience comparable to a senior-level position in EEO compliance or a related field.
  • Qualifying experience includes both paid and unpaid work, such as volunteer service, which demonstrates relevant competencies and skills.
