Summary

Develop intuitive user interfaces and dynamic web applications, leveraging modern front-end frameworks and strong UI/UX principles.

Join our team as a UI/UX Front-End Developer, crafting intuitive and visually engaging digital products for intelligence reporting. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying interactive web and application interfaces.

*Key Responsibilities:**
Design and develop intuitive, interactive user interfaces for web and applications.
Collaborate with analysts and multidisciplinary teams to conceptualize and deliver digital products.
Create wireframes, storyboards, and design mockups for user interfaces.
Write and modify clean, functional code (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) using modern web frameworks.
Transform complex data into clear, visually compelling design solutions.
Establish and uphold best practices, standards, and style guides for graphic and web products.
Present digital and web product developments to management and stakeholders.

*Required Qualifications:**
Proven expertise in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design and research.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js, jQuery).
Strong understanding of usability, visual communication, and effective interactive design.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver) for graphics creation.
Ability to design and implement functional websites/applications, including writing code logic.
Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms (LESS, SASS).
Conceptual knowledge of database or SQL statements.
Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder interaction.

*Preferred Experience & Skills:**
3+ years of demonstrated experience in UI/UX or Front-End development.
Proficiency with modern web development tools and libraries (e.g., Git, Node.js).
Experience with system applications, database design, and programming techniques.
Ability to lead projects and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Background in graphic design or a related technical/arts degree.
