Summary
Provide advanced administrative support, managing tasks, drafting communications, and assisting senior leadership.
This role seeks an experienced professional to provide high-level administrative and program support. You will be instrumental in managing information flow, coordinating tasks, and supporting senior leadership across various initiatives.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the full lifecycle of information requests, taskings, and work assignments, from intake to closeout.
- Perform technical writing and draft professional responses to diverse inquiries.
- Develop, document, and refine policies, procedures, memoranda, and operational plans.
- Handle complex scheduling requests and provide comprehensive staff support to senior leadership.
- Conduct detailed note-taking for meetings and official proceedings.
- *Qualifications:**
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal government, or comparable experience in the private or public sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing task workflows, technical writing, policy development, and providing high-level administrative support.
- Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the GS-12 level (or equivalent) to qualify.
