Emergency Management Specialist (Recovery)

We are seeking an Emergency Management Specialist (Recovery) to contribute to agency program evaluation and effectiveness. This role involves critical analysis and strategic recommendations to enhance recovery operations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Analyze and evaluate issues related to agency programs and activities.
• Research regulations to assess organizational efficiency and program effectiveness.
• Present research findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• *Qualifications:**

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

• **Experience:** One year of specialized experience (equivalent to a Federal IC-09 level) demonstrating:

* Analyzing and evaluating agency program issues. * Researching regulations for efficiency and effectiveness. * Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders. * Experience can be gained in federal, state, local government, or the private sector.

• **Education:** A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or an LL.M.
• **Combination:** An equivalent combination of specialized experience and graduate-level education.
