Emergency Management Specialist (Recovery)

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage and oversee the work of team members involved in recovery operations.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on disaster recovery programs and services.
• Analyze and evaluate existing recovery programs to identify and implement strategic process improvements.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• A minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the IC-11 level (federal government) or comparable experience in state/local government or the private sector.
• Demonstrated experience in staff management, stakeholder advisement on recovery programs, and program analysis/evaluation.
• Relevant paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer service, will be considered.
