Emergency Management Specialist (Recovery)

We are seeking a skilled Program/Project Lead (GS-13 equivalent) to oversee complex initiatives and provide strategic communications. This role requires demonstrated experience in leading projects and presenting to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex programs or projects, including delegating and assigning work.
• Effectively communicate project assignments, issues, actionable events, milestones, and deadlines.
• Develop and deliver impactful presentations to leadership on program status, strategic options, future steps, and associated risks.

Qualifications:

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal government, or comparable experience in the private, state, or local sector.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects, delegate tasks, and manage project communications.
• Strong presentation skills for conveying program updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.
