Your key responsibilities will include:
- *Core Responsibilities:**
- Explaining agency policies and program details clearly to disaster survivors.
- Communicating effectively with customers both orally and in writing.
- *Minimum Requirements:**
Candidates must meet one of the following:
- **Experience:** One full year of specialized experience equivalent to the IC-09 level in the Federal government, demonstrating the ability to explain policies and communicate with customers.
- **Education:** A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or an LL.M. (if related).
- **Combination:** A combination of qualifying education and experience.
