Emergency Management Specialist (Recovery)

Join our team as an Emergency Management Specialist (Recovery), contributing to disaster response and recovery efforts.

• *Qualifications:**
• *For IC-11 Level:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the IC-09 level.
• **or** A Ph.D., equivalent doctoral degree, 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education, or an LL.M. (if related).
• **or** A combination of education and experience.
• *For IC-12 Level:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the IC-11 level.
• *Required Specialized Experience (for both levels):**
• Conveying agency policies and technical program aspects to diverse stakeholders.
• Compiling, reconciling, and correlating extensive workload data from various sources with different reporting requirements.
• *Additional Required Specialized Experience (for IC-12 only):**
• Providing recommendations regarding the evaluation of major administrative aspects of disaster recovery programs.

Experience may be obtained from federal, state, local government, private sector, or qualifying volunteer work.
