Emergency Management Specialist (Recovery)

Join our team as an Emergency Management Specialist (Recovery), contributing to disaster response and recovery efforts. **Qualifications:** **For IC-11 Level:** * One year of specialized experience equivalent to the IC-09 level. * **OR** A Ph.D., equivalent doctoral degree, 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education, or an LL.M. (if related). * **OR** A combination of education and experience. **For IC-12 Level:** * One year of specialized experience equivalent to the IC-11 level. **Required Specialized Experience (for both levels):** * Conveying agency policies and technical program aspects to diverse stakeholders. * Compiling, reconciling, and correlating extensive workload data from various sources with different reporting requirements. **Additional Required Specialized Experience (for IC-12 only):** * Providing recommendations regarding the evaluation of major administrative aspects of disaster recovery programs.
