Emergency Management Specialist (Recovery)

Join our team as an Emergency Management Specialist (Recovery) and play a critical role in vital disaster response and recovery efforts. We are seeking professionals at both the IC-11 and IC-12 levels.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• **IC-11 Level:**

* Communicate disaster recovery programs, policies, and procedures to survivors. * Analyze programs and procedures to identify process improvements. * Develop written reports and briefings for leadership.

• **IC-12 Level:**

* Provide expert advice and guidance on disaster recovery program delivery to stakeholders. * Coordinate with stakeholders to develop and implement new recovery processes. * Offer strategic recommendations to leadership regarding program effectiveness.

• *Qualifications:**
• **IC-11 Level:**

* One year of specialized experience equivalent to the IC-09 level (federal, state, local, or private sector) demonstrating the above IC-11 responsibilities, or * A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or an LL.M., or * A combination of qualifying education and experience.

• **IC-12 Level:**

* One year of specialized experience equivalent to the IC-11 level (federal, state, local, or private sector) demonstrating the above IC-12 responsibilities.
