Summary
Dynamics 365 Consultant 2 to implement ERP/CE solutions, facilitate communication, and support project delivery.
Our client, a Microsoft Gold Partner, seeks a Consultant 2 for their Microsoft Business Solutions team. This role focuses on implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP and Customer Engagement (CE) solutions for medium to large organizations.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure clear communication across project stakeholders.
- Support D365 ERP/CE implementation projects.
- Assist with requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design.
- Configure D365 modules to meet client business needs.
- Support client testing, training, and go-live activities.
- Collaborate effectively with project teams and clients.
