• **Technical Expertise (Demonstrated in resume):**

* Comprehensive knowledge of defense organization, mission, and operations, including systems engineering, acquisition, R&D, test & evaluation, logistics, and in-service support. * Proficiency in naval science and technology, encompassing ship integration, hull forms, machinery, structures, environmental systems, vulnerability, logistics R&D, and signature silencing. * Proven experience in project management, research, development, test & evaluation, and Fleet introduction.
