Summary

Analyze, develop, and manage healthcare programs and administrative systems to enhance operational efficiency and delivery.

Join our team as a Healthcare Administrator/Program Analyst, playing a vital role in optimizing healthcare delivery systems. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to contribute to program analysis, system development, and reporting within a dynamic healthcare environment.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Perform comprehensive program analysis, including life cycle, cost-benefit, and economic evaluations of programs.
  • Develop and implement procedures and systems for effective administrative control and program operations.
  • Create and utilize administrative tools, templates, and tracking systems to monitor assignments and resources.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, analyses, findings, and strategic recommendations.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • *Education:**
  • Bachelor's or graduate degree with a major study in Hospital Administration, Public Health Administration, Business Administration (with coursework in healthcare), or a related field.
  • *-or-**
  • *Experience:**
  • Progressively responsible analytical, administrative, clinical management, or supervisory experience in the healthcare field, demonstrating:
* Close working relationships with healthcare facility managers. * Analysis and/or coordination of administrative, clinical, or service activities. * Knowledge of health care delivery systems, regulatory standards, and government administrative processes (e.g., budget, personnel, procurement).
  • **Specialized Experience:** One year of experience equivalent to the GS-12 federal level, demonstrating proficiency in at least three of the key responsibilities listed above.
  • *Additional Requirements:**
  • Familiarity with federal administrative systems is preferred (e.g., prior federal service at the GS-12 level).
  • Proficiency in developing and utilizing spreadsheets and tracking tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant volunteer experience will be credited.
  • The role is primarily sedentary.
