## Logistics and Property Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage critical logistics, property, and supply chain operations. This role is essential for ensuring efficient material flow, asset safeguarding, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage the receipt, storage, accountability, and distribution of materials, supplies, and property.
• Ensure financial obligations and costs comply with applicable laws, safeguarding funds and assets against waste, loss, and unauthorized use.
• Utilize automated systems for receiving, warehousing, delivering, and inventorying equipment and furniture.
• Apply and enforce OSHA regulations and safety procedures for selecting, storing, and receiving freight.
• *Minimum Qualifications:**

Applicants must meet ONE of the following criteria:

• **Experience:** One year of specialized experience at a comparable level of responsibility, demonstrating proficiency in at least two of the four key responsibility areas listed above.
• **Education:**

* A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; or * Three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree; or * An LL.M. degree (if directly related to the position's competencies).

• **Combination:** A combination of specialized experience and graduate education as described above.
• *Note:** All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be considered.
