Distinguised Engineer/Scientist- Deputy Technical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Expert and Consultant to advance federal government efficiency in energetic and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E).

• *Key Responsibilities & Expertise:**
• Serve as a technical expert and consultant across energetic and EOD RDT&E areas.
• Apply extensive knowledge of large-scale, complex surface, undersea, air, ground, and expeditionary warfare systems, including underlying science and engineering disciplines.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of EOD systems, tools, and methods.
• Utilize systems engineering concepts, methodologies, and tools, specifically within technical, mission-oriented organizations operating in energetic environments.
• Possess broad technical knowledge of ordnance, energetic materials, and supporting technologies (e.g., manufacturing, modeling & simulation, test & evaluation, safety engineering, logistics) as they apply to warheads, rockets, CADs, pyrotechnics, engagement systems, and related components.
• Develop and analyze future war-fighting concepts and capabilities.
• Formulate complex technical strategies and recommendations.
