## Senior Executive Service (SES) Opportunity
We are seeking a highly qualified and committed leader for a critical Senior Executive Service (SES) position within the Federal government. This role focuses on enhancing government efficiency, upholding the rule of law, and driving strategic initiatives in defense planning and resource management.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert leadership in U.S. military force planning and analysis, encompassing US Space Force programs and DoD intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) systems.
- Develop and apply sophisticated analytical models to evaluate the costs, effectiveness, and benefits of alternative U.S. military programs and systems.
- Oversee and manage resource allocation, leveraging in-depth knowledge of major systems such as the DoD's Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES).
- Strategically manage fiscal and organizational resources, identifying and implementing efficiencies and cutting wasteful spending.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation and achieve measurable results aligned with organizational goals and presidential priorities.
Candidates must demonstrate comprehensive experience and accomplishments in the following areas:
- *Technical Expertise:**
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. military force planning and analysis, particularly concerning US Space Force programs and DoD intelligence systems.
- Proven ability to develop and apply analytical models for evaluating military program effectiveness and benefits.
- Strong understanding of major resource allocation systems, such as DoD's PPBES.
