Summary

Lead strategic initiatives and resource management for the federal government, requiring executive acumen and specialized technical qualifications.

This senior executive role focuses on enhancing Federal government efficiency, upholding the rule of law, and driving strategic initiatives within a national security context. We seek a candidate passionate about American foundational principles and dedicated to public service.

  • *Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas:**
  • Apply operations research, economic analysis, and resource management principles.
  • Utilize broad knowledge of DoD and national security organizations and functions.
  • Navigate the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting System (PPBS), including relevant laws and legislation impacting federal budgets and contracting.
  • Lead strategic planning processes, establish policies, and define agency goals and objectives.
  • Analyze requirements, set agency priorities, and translate strategic plans into actionable projects.
  • Engage effectively with DoD and Industry leadership.
  • *Required Qualifications (Must be demonstrated within your 2-page resume):**
  • *I. Technical Qualifications (TQs):**
  • **TQ 1:** Expert knowledge of operations research, economic analysis, resource management, DoD/national security organizations, DoD PPBS, and relevant federal budget/contracting laws.
  • **TQ 2:** Proficient in strategic planning, policy development, goal setting, requirements analysis, priority setting, plan translation, and engaging with leadership.
  • *II. Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs):**
  • **ECQ 1: Commitment to the Rule of Law and the Principles of the American Founding**
* Knowledge of the American System of Government (Constitution, Bill of Rights, separation of powers, federalism). * Upholds rule of law, ensuring fair and consistent application. * Civic-mindedness, aligning objectives with presidential and public interests.
