Summary

Senior Executive Service leader to manage complex federal programs, driving efficiency, and shaping export control policies with integrity.

The Federal Government seeks a highly accomplished leader for a Senior Executive Service (SES) position, demonstrating executive-level management capability and significant experience overseeing complex programs or organizations.

  • *Professional/Technical Qualifications (PTQs):**
  • **Complex Organizational Management:** Proven experience leading multi-divisional organizations with licensing and policy-making responsibilities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • **Export Control Policy Expertise:** In-depth knowledge of domestic and foreign policy considerations for export control formulation, administration, and compliance. Specific focus on dual-use/emerging technologies, the Wassenaar Arrangement, and technology transfer to foreign nationals.
  • *Application Process:**
Submit a concise, two-page resume detailing your progressively responsible supervisory, managerial, or professional experience (typically GS-15 level or equivalent).
