Director, Office Of Human Resources

As a Senior Human Resources Leader, you will drive strategic HR initiatives and manage comprehensive human capital functions within a large, complex organization.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead and manage a significant human resources department or key human capital functions.
• Develop, execute, and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Design, launch, and enhance critical HR programs, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, training, high potential development, and succession planning.
• Create and communicate comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure practical application and compliance with employment and benefit laws; Federal Government experience is a plus.
• Build cooperative relationships and negotiate solutions with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate a multi-disciplinary HR workforce, fostering teamwork and high morale.
• *Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or a combination of education and experience providing comparable knowledge. An advanced degree (e.g., JD, MBA, MPP) is preferred.
• SHRM certification is a plus.
• Minimum one year of specialized experience at a senior leadership level (equivalent to GS-15), managing significant human capital functions in a large, complex organization.
• Proven managerial and leadership skills.
