Director Of Security Services

This GS-15 position seeks an experienced professional to lead and manage comprehensive security and safety programs. Applicants must clearly identify how they meet all requirements.

• *Key Responsibilities & Requirements:**

To qualify at the GS-15 level, candidates must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level, demonstrating proficiency in:

• **Program Management:** Administering, executing, and overseeing personnel security, information security, and/or physical security and safety programs.
• **Policy Development:** Developing policies, procedures, and internal controls for security programs.
• **Strategic Advisement:** Advising management on security-related issues.
• **Budget Oversight:** Developing and executing budget plans for program operations.
• **Supervisory Leadership:** Performing a full range of supervisory duties, including assigning work, setting goals, establishing performance standards, evaluating performance, and hiring/developing staff.
• *Note:** Qualifying experience includes both paid and unpaid (volunteer) work.
