• *Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQs):**
• Expertise in leading enterprise risk management programs and developing related policies.
• Proven ability to direct strategic planning efforts and implement best practices.
• *Minimum Requirements:**
• Progressively responsible leadership experience indicative of senior executive-level managerial capability (equivalent to Federal GS-15 or higher).
• Demonstrated proficiency in all five Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs):

• Demonstrated proficiency in the Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQs).
