Director Of Marketing Enterprise

Arch Amenities Group, a leader in amenity management and wellness services, seeks a strategic Director of Marketing. This remote role drives B2B lead generation, nurtures relationships, and supports revenue growth across enterprise channels.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to achieve lead generation and revenue goals.
• Lead digital demand generation campaigns (email, paid search, social, webinars) and optimize the marketing funnel.
• Oversee creation of B2B content (case studies, thought leadership, solution sheets) aligned with sales cycles.
• Design and manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns in partnership with sales.
• Manage B2B website content, SEO, and plan industry events/trade shows.
• Create compelling sales enablement materials, including pitch decks and proposals.
• Track campaign performance, ROI, and provide data-driven optimization recommendations using CRM/marketing automation tools.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
• *Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, wellness, real estate, or professional services.
• Proven success with integrated campaigns and measurable ROI in complex sales environments.
• Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey and long sales cycles.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate complex topics into engaging, value-driven content.
• Experience with ABM platforms a plus.
