Summary
Lead human capital and intelligence initiatives as a Senior Executive, driving national security objectives.
We are seeking a visionary Senior Executive Service (SES) leader to guide human capital, talent management, and intelligence initiatives within the federal government, with a strong focus on the Intelligence Community. This pivotal role demands strategic leadership, broad experience, and a commitment to national security objectives.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage corporate-level human capital and talent management functions.
- Direct the development and implementation of major intelligence initiatives and programs.
- Formulate strategies for intelligence readiness, talent, and force management.
- Cultivate an enterprise perspective, aligning responsibilities with DoD and government-wide strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve national security objectives.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- **Human Capital & Talent Management:** Demonstrated experience leading corporate-level human capital and talent management in the federal government (Intelligence Community preferred) or private industry.
- **Intelligence Program Leadership:** Proven expertise in developing and implementing major intelligence programs, including understanding IC requirements, processes, and relevant national policies.
- **Strategic & Enterprise Perspective:** Ability to think broadly, connect strategic priorities, and work effectively across diverse organizations to support national security.
- *Application Process:**
- Submit a resume, limited to two pages, highlighting your Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQs).
- Initial application is resume-only; lengthy narrative essays (ECQs or TQs) are not required at this stage.
- Candidates identified for potential selection will undergo a structured interview assessment focusing on Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs).
- *Joint Duty Assignment (JDA):**
- Joint IC Duty certification is a prerequisite for appointment but may be waived.
- Provide evidence of existing JDA credit, or submit a claim form for review.
