Summary

Lead human capital and intelligence initiatives as a Senior Executive, driving national security objectives.

We are seeking a visionary Senior Executive Service (SES) leader to guide human capital, talent management, and intelligence initiatives within the federal government, with a strong focus on the Intelligence Community. This pivotal role demands strategic leadership, broad experience, and a commitment to national security objectives.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead and manage corporate-level human capital and talent management functions.
  • Direct the development and implementation of major intelligence initiatives and programs.
  • Formulate strategies for intelligence readiness, talent, and force management.
  • Cultivate an enterprise perspective, aligning responsibilities with DoD and government-wide strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve national security objectives.
  • *Required Qualifications:**
  • **Human Capital & Talent Management:** Demonstrated experience leading corporate-level human capital and talent management in the federal government (Intelligence Community preferred) or private industry.
  • **Intelligence Program Leadership:** Proven expertise in developing and implementing major intelligence programs, including understanding IC requirements, processes, and relevant national policies.
  • **Strategic & Enterprise Perspective:** Ability to think broadly, connect strategic priorities, and work effectively across diverse organizations to support national security.
  • *Application Process:**
