Director For The Office Of Financial Management

We are seeking a highly experienced financial executive for a Senior Executive Service (SES) position. This role requires exceptional leadership in financial management and policy development.

Your resume must showcase proven experience in:

• **Enterprise Financial Leadership:** Leading comprehensive financial management at an enterprise level, including budget, execution, internal controls, systems, accounting oversight, and compliance with Federal financial regulations (e.g., FMFIA, A-123).
• **Policy Development & Guidance:** Developing and implementing agency-wide financial/budgetary policies, providing expert counsel to senior officials, analyzing deficiencies, and formulating solutions for diverse financial programs.
• **Strategic Financial Advisory:** Advising senior executives on financial performance, strategic planning, and resource allocation. This includes data synthesis, designing reporting tools, and providing financial insights for complex national or international decisions.
