Seeking a dedicated leader to enhance Federal government efficiency, uphold the Constitution, and serve the American people. This senior role requires expertise in federal financial processes and supply chain operations, combined with strong executive leadership.

• *Technical Qualifications (TQs):**
• Extensive knowledge of federal programming, planning, budgeting, and execution processes.
• Experience managing shipboard supply departments and ashore-based inventory control operations.
• *Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs):**

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the following five mandatory ECQs, unless already SES-qualified:

• Note:* Current Senior Executive Service (SES) members or OPM-approved SES Candidate Development Program (SESCDP) graduates are exempt from addressing ECQs; provide proof of eligibility (e.g., SF-50).
