- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Formulate and direct financial policy for large, complex government-wide initiatives, resolving intricate issues.
- Lead Federal financial statement reporting, integrating financial management, business administration, and system principles.
- Identify, analyze, and oversee remediation of deficiencies in financial processes and systems.
- Collaborate extensively with diverse government and private sector stakeholders to shape Federal financial management policies.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- *Technical Qualifications (TQs):**
- Proven ability to formulate and direct enterprise-wide financial policy.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial management standards, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and federal compliance/regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience leading federal financial statement reporting efforts.
- Broad understanding of Federal financial management, business administration, and system integration principles.
- Strong ability to identify and resolve financial process and system deficiencies.
- Exceptional collaborative and stakeholder engagement skills.
