Director Cost Engineering And Industrial Analysis

This senior leadership role requires a commitment to federal government efficiency and upholding the Constitution. Candidates will oversee defense acquisition systems and lead diverse teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs):

• System Oversight: Demonstrated technical, fiscal, and managerial capability to oversee the development, deployment, and sustainment of military/defense systems.
• Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary, and geographically dispersed teams.
• Acquisition Expertise: Broad knowledge in specialized areas of acquisition execution, including cost estimating, cost trade-off analyses, economic analyses, financial management, and Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) systems.

EXECUTIVE CORE QUALIFICATIONS (ECQs):

• Rule of Law & Founding Principles: Knowledge of the American government system, commitment to the Constitution, and service to the American people.
• Driving Efficiency: Ability to strategically manage resources, budget effectively, reduce wasteful spending, and implement process/technological upgrades.
• Merit and Competence: Demonstrated technical knowledge and ability to consistently produce exceptional quality work.
• Leading People: Capacity to inspire and lead teams toward organizational goals, fostering a high-performance, high-accountability culture, and guiding through change.
