Director, Corporate Communications
Join Capital One's Global External Affairs team as a Director, Corporate Communications. In this high-impact role, you will lead strategic communications initiatives to enhance our corporate reputation and drive key business objectives. We're seeking a strategic leader and storyteller with exceptional judgment and a passion for data-driven results within a dynamic, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic communications advisor to senior leaders and partners.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated, data-backed internal communications campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Leverage data insights to evaluate program effectiveness and optimize future strategies.
- Oversee team operations, including budgeting and the development of best practices.
- Monitor industry trends to continually inform and improve communication approaches.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in communications
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience in public relations or communications.
- Experience within financial services, technology, or consumer brands.
