Director Commander'S Action Group

As Director, Commander's Action Group (GS-15), you will lead strategic operational planning and critical special projects for DLA Energy. This role requires a strong leader who can drive mission objectives and oversee key initiatives.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead, direct, and coordinate operations through subordinate supervisors and teams.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve mission goals, including creating fact books, Culture Action Plans, and communication products.
• Oversee and manage special projects as assigned by the Commander or Deputy Commander.
• *Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in federal, military, or private sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in operational planning, strategy development, and project oversight.
• Must meet all federal eligibility requirements, including time-in-grade where applicable.
• Creditable experience includes both paid and unpaid/volunteer work.
