Digital Marketing Specialist

Reboot Monkey seeks a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager to lead and execute our global digital marketing strategy, focusing on brand presence, lead generation, and traffic growth.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• **Digital Strategy & Performance:** Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other key platforms for B2B tech services.
• **Lead Generation & Conversion:** Design and optimize conversion funnels to generate sales-qualified leads, collaborating with Sales and Talent Acquisition teams.
• **Content & Brand:** Create and oversee high-impact content (blogs, social posts, newsletters, case studies) ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity.
• **SEO, SEM & Analytics:** Implement advanced SEO strategies, manage paid search/social campaigns with a focus on ROI, and monitor KPIs using tools like GA4, Pipedrive, Search Console, and SEMrush.
• **Website Optimization:** Oversee website strategy, UX, and lead capture, conducting A/B tests and CRO experiments.
• **Partnerships & Outreach:** Explore digital partnerships, guest posting, and backlink strategies to expand brand reach.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3-5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B tech or IT services.
• Proven track record of building and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, PipeDrive, WordPress, GA4, SEMrush, Canva, or similar tools.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and design sensibility.
• Data-oriented mindset with deep understanding of performance marketing and analytics.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in an agile, remote-first environment.
