## Director of Marketing (Hybrid)

  • *The Opportunity:**
We seek an execution-focused Director of Marketing to drive NMAC's marketing strategy under the Chief Marketing Officer. This pivotal role involves amplifying our mission, scaling organizational impact, and overseeing comprehensive digital content, social media, and media relations, while mentoring a Marketing Manager.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • **Marketing Strategy Execution:** Implement agency-wide, cross-divisional marketing strategies aligned with organizational priorities and the CEO's vision.
  • **Digital Content Leadership:** Expand and execute digital content strategies across website, social media, and email to increase presence, engagement, and traffic.
  • **Social Media Management:** Lead content creation, platform engagement, and analytics for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, tailoring content for diverse audiences.
  • **Brand & Messaging:** Support brand (re)development, strategic priority rollouts, and ensure consistent, culturally responsive messaging across all platforms.
  • **Media Relations:** Co-create and execute hybrid media strategies (paid and earned) to build and expand NMAC's media presence and influence.
  • **Team Leadership & Development:** Supervise, mentor, and support the Marketing Manager; co-manage relationships with external vendors.
  • **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Coordinate marketing opportunities across departments, major public events, conferences, and convenings.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree with 10-12 years of experience in marketing, communications, community outreach, or program development.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading integrated marketing campaigns focused on communities of color and/or LGBTQ communities.
  • Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proven experience developing compelling, culturally responsive digital content across various platforms for community-focused organizations.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Spanish (LatAm) is a significant advantage.
  • *Compensation & Benefits:**
  • Salary Range: $115,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
