## Manager, Digital Marketing Operations & Analytics (Seramount)

Seramount, part of EAB, is a global talent services firm helping HR leaders prepare for the future workplace. We are seeking a Manager, Digital Marketing Operations & Analytics to provide essential operational, technical, and analytical support to our digital marketing function serving corporate partners.

This role is critical for ensuring Seramount’s digital marketing programs are scalable and measurable. You will manage core marketing operations, advance digital marketing enablement, and provide robust analytics across multiple channels.

  • *Location:** Remote (Continental U.S.) or Hybrid (Washington, D.C./Richmond, VA). Periodic travel to offices is required for remote candidates.
### Key Responsibilities:

  • **Marketing Automation & Technologies:**
* Execute marketing operations projects to improve campaign tracking, lead management, and overall campaign execution. * Build and maintain program, campaign, and asset templates in Marketo. * Provide support, training, and troubleshooting for marketing operations. * Partner with Salesforce teams to ensure accurate data sync with Marketo. * Research and assist with the implementation of new marketing technologies.
  • **Reporting & Analytics:**
* Create and maintain dashboards and reports integrating data from Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other digital platforms. * Analyze marketing and sales data using Salesforce reports and other tools. * Contribute to integrated campaign performance reports for web, paid, email, and organic channels. * Audit attribution, tracking, and lead source data for accuracy.
  • **Digital Enablement:**
* Configure and manage tracking codes, tags, and pixels via Google Tag Manager. * Conduct quality assurance (QA) on campaign assets (e.g., links, UTMs, accessibility). * Document processes, build playbooks, and contribute to team training. * Provide operational support and coordination to digital channel managers.
  • **Database Management:**
* Develop and maintain Marketo programs for data hygiene, enrichment, progressive profiling, and privacy compliance. * Identify opportunities for normalizing marketing data to facilitate segmentation. * Manage the creation of marketing segmentation to reach target audiences. * Generate monthly reports on data cleanliness within Marketo.

### Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field (data, IT, or marketing).
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, automation, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and administrative experience with Marketo (preferred) or another enterprise marketing automation platform; strong proficiency with CRM systems and database management.
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing analytics (e.g., Google Analytics GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Marketo reporting, Salesforce reports).
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and setting up cross-platform analytics, code, UTM links, tags, and pixels.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Desire for continuous learning and growth in digital marketing operations, technology, and analytics.
### Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
  • Experience creating and managing project plans (e.g., Asana).
  • Strong technical proficiency in HTML/CSS and database management.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles (inbound marketing, lead generation).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
### Compensation:

  • The anticipated starting base salary range is $42,000 to $62,500 annually. Actual salary varies based on relevant experience, skills, and location.
  • This role is also eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation.
