Summary
Manage Seramount's digital marketing operations and analytics, optimizing automation, reporting, and data hygiene for scalable corporate partner programs.
Seramount, part of EAB, is seeking a **Manager, Digital Marketing Operations & Analytics** to optimize and measure digital marketing programs for corporate partners. This role provides essential operational, technical, and analytical support, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- **Marketing Automation & Technologies:** Assist with planning and executing marketing operations projects, build and maintain Marketo templates, provide support/troubleshooting, ensure Marketo-Salesforce data sync, and assist with new technology implementation.
- **Reporting & Analytics:** Create and maintain integrated dashboards/reports (Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics), analyze marketing and sales data, contribute to campaign performance reports, and audit data for accuracy.
- **Digital Enablement:** Configure and manage tracking codes/tags/pixels via Google Tag Manager, conduct QA on campaign assets, document processes, and provide operational support to digital channel managers.
- **Database Management:** Develop and maintain Marketo programs for data hygiene, enrichment, segmentation, and privacy compliance; report on data cleanliness.
- *Basic Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field (data, IT, marketing).
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, automation, and analytics.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience and administrative Marketo experience (preferred); strong CRM and database management proficiency.
- Experience with multi-channel marketing analytics (e.g., Google Analytics GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Marketo, Salesforce reports).
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager for cross-platform analytics, tags, and pixels.
- Proven ability to build and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- *Ideal Qualifications:**
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience creating and managing projects (e.g., Asana).
- Technical proficiency in HTML/CSS and database management.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a results-driven environment.
- *Location:** This role is open to remote candidates in the continental U.S., or hybrid in Washington, D.C./Richmond, VA. Periodic travel to offices is required for remote employees.
