## Manager, Digital Marketing Operations & Analytics (Seramount)

Seramount, a global talent services firm and part of EAB, is seeking a skilled Manager, Digital Marketing Operations & Analytics. This role is crucial for ensuring Seramount’s digital marketing programs are scalable, measurable, and highly effective for corporate partners. You will optimize core marketing operations, advance digital enablement, and provide robust analytics across all channels.

### Key Responsibilities:

  • **Marketing Automation & Technologies:** Manage Marketo automation, Salesforce integration, and database management; build program templates, troubleshoot issues, and research new technologies.
  • **Reporting & Analytics:** Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports integrating data from Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other digital platforms to track marketing goals and campaign performance.
  • **Digital Enablement:** Configure and manage tracking codes, tags, and pixels via Google Tag Manager; conduct rigorous QA for campaign assets; document processes and provide operational support to channel managers.
  • **Database Management:** Develop and maintain Marketo programs for data hygiene, enrichment, segmentation, and privacy compliance; ensure data accuracy and facilitate targeted campaigns.
### Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field (data, IT, or marketing).
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, automation, and analytics.
  • Hands-on administrative experience with Marketo (preferred) or another enterprise marketing automation platform, and strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing analytics (e.g., Google Analytics GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Marketo/Salesforce reporting).
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager for setting up cross-platform analytics, tags, and pixels.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports.
  • Strong attention to detail, commitment to data accuracy, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
### Ideal Qualifications:
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
  • Technical proficiency in HTML/CSS and database management.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles (inbound marketing, lead generation).
### Location: This position is open to remote candidates in the continental U.S., or hybrid in Washington, D.C. or Richmond, VA. Remote candidates require periodic travel to offices.
