Summary
Manage digital marketing operations, automation, and analytics to ensure scalable and measurable programs for corporate partners.
Seramount is seeking a Manager, Digital Marketing Operations & Analytics to provide operational, technical, and analytical support for our corporate partner digital marketing function. This role ensures our digital marketing programs are scalable and measurable by managing core operations and advancing digital marketing enablement and analytics. This position is open to remote candidates in the continental U.S. or hybrid in Washington, D.C. / Richmond, VA.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- **Marketing Automation & Technologies:** Lead marketing operations projects, build/maintain Marketo templates, provide support/troubleshooting, ensure Salesforce data sync, and assist with new technology research.
- **Reporting & Analytics:** Create/maintain dashboards and reports (Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics), analyze marketing/sales data, contribute to integrated campaign performance reports, and audit attribution/tracking data.
- **Digital Enablement:** Configure/manage tracking codes via Google Tag Manager, conduct QA on campaign assets, document processes, and provide operational support to channel managers.
- **Database Management:** Develop/maintain Marketo programs for data hygiene, enrichment, progressive profiling, governance, and privacy. Facilitate segmentation and manage data cleanliness reports.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical, data, IT, or marketing field.
- 2+ years in B2B marketing operations, automation, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and administrative experience with Marketo (or other enterprise marketing automation platform); strong proficiency with CRM systems and database management.
- Experience with multi-channel marketing analytics (e.g., Google Analytics GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Marketo reporting, Salesforce reports).
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager for setting up cross-platform analytics, code, UTM links, tags, and pixels.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience creating project plans and managing projects (e.g., Asana).
- Strong technical proficiency in HTML/CSS and database management.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles (inbound marketing, lead generation, customer lifecycle management).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
