## Digital Events Producer & Content Editor

  • *Location:** Hybrid remote in Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Los Angeles, CA; New York City, NY; Rochester, NY; San Francisco, CA; Washington, DC.
### About the Role We are seeking a skilled Digital Events Producer & Content Editor to oversee all aspects of digital event production, content editing, and multimedia storytelling. This role involves producing high-quality virtual content, from initial recording and editing to strategic digital distribution.

### Key Responsibilities

  • **Virtual Event Production:** Schedule, manage, and technically produce remote video recording sessions, coaching speakers on best practices. Manage logistics, set up, and provide live technical support for real-time and on-demand virtual events (webcasts, webinars).
  • **Content Editing & Repurposing:** Edit video and audio content for the firm's website and social media. Repurpose long-form content into engaging, channel-specific formats, ensuring brand and accessibility standards.
  • **Digital Storytelling & Strategy:** Collaborate with marketing teams to shape compelling narratives. Optimize content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Stay current on digital media trends and recommend innovative approaches.
  • **Technology & Collaboration:** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software and tools. Recommend process improvements for virtual events and conduct training on video event tools (Zoom, Webex). Liaise with IT, Digital Strategy, Marketing, and Communications teams.
### Required Skills & Experience
  • 5-8 years of social media experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Proven experience producing and supporting web conferences on Zoom and/or Webex.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve) with familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with podcast hosting platforms (e.g., Riverside.fm) and video hosting platforms (e.g., Vimeo).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of live streaming to social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Live).
  • Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and possess excellent written/oral communication skills with strong technical explanation abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferred; relevant work experience considered.
### Compensation & Benefits
  • **Anticipated Annual Salary Range (depending on location):**
* Rochester, NY: $70,500 - $104,500 * Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Los Angeles, CA; Washington, DC: $77,500 - $114,950 * New York, NY; San Francisco, CA: $85,000 - $126,500
