Digital Content Strategist

We're seeking a creative, organized, and collaborative Digital Content Strategist to lead the development of content strategies, elevate storytelling, and drive engagement across our digital channels. This role combines strong writing skills with meticulous organizational abilities to manage a steady drumbeat of content.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• **Content Strategy & Planning:** Own and manage the content editorial calendar for web, social, and internal channels. Partner with campaign leads to develop effective content strategies supporting key narratives and initiatives. Track deadlines, approvals, and publishing schedules.
• **Content Development:** Translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives. Write, edit, and proofread high-quality copy for websites, blogs, landing pages, and engaging social media posts. Create feature-rich content and brand journalism, adapting it for diverse audiences while maintaining consistent brand voice.
• **Collaboration & Coordination:** Partner with communications colleagues, internal stakeholders, and designers to source ideas and produce high-quality visual assets. Coordinate with digital and social teams for optimal publishing, ensuring all content adheres to brand and compliance guidelines. Analyze content performance to refine strategies.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• 4+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or communications.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

• **Salary Range:** $81,156 - $137,964 annually.
