Digital Content Strategist

• Manage and audit digital content for the university's homepage, division/college pages, and key microsites.
• Develop and integrate online editorial strategies with social media efforts.
• Collaborate with creative teams (photography, video, PR, publications) to optimize content.
• Analyze website and social media metrics (e.g., time on site, bounce rate) to glean insights, recommend adjustments, and improve engagement.
• Provide expert guidance on web and social media best practices to university staff.
• Stay current with emerging digital trends, issues, and opportunities.
• *Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital content strategy.
• Proven experience creating strategic, audience-driven digital content.
• Strong understanding of web content best practices, including information architecture, responsive design, usability, accessibility, and SEO.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent editorial, interpersonal, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple high-level projects simultaneously.
