Digital Content Strategist

We're seeking a creative and organized Digital Content Strategist to lead content development, strategy, and engagement for our key audiences. This role involves managing the editorial calendar, crafting compelling narratives across various digital channels, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand alignment and campaign success.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• **Content Strategy & Planning:** Own and manage the multi-channel editorial calendar across web, social, and internal platforms. Develop content strategies for campaigns and narratives, tracking deadlines and approvals.
• **Content Development:** Translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives. Write, edit, and proofread website copy, blog posts, landing pages, and engaging social media content. Create feature/brand journalism content adapted for different audiences and channels.
• **Collaboration & Optimization:** Partner with communications colleagues and stakeholders to source ideas and design strategies. Coordinate with corporate digital/social teams for best practices. Ensure brand compliance, collaborate with designers, and analyze content performance to adjust strategies.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• 4+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or communications.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful content strategies.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• Experience with content strategy frameworks and tools (e.g., content calendars, style guides).
• Familiarity with AI content generation tools.

• Salary Range: $81,156 - $137,964 (Full-Time)
