Digital Content Planner

Total Wine & More is hiring a Digital Content Planner in Bethesda, MD, to lead content planning, briefing, and optimization across web and app platforms. This role drives eCommerce goals by leveraging data-driven insights, customer behavior, and market trends to craft high-impact content strategies.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Plan and execute digital campaigns, defining goals, strategies, and creative briefs, ensuring timely delivery.
• Analyze content performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Develop campaign recaps to standardize measurement and inform future planning cycles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital Merchandising and Marketing teams to identify engaging content opportunities.
• Monitor emerging trends and competitive landscapes to inform content strategy and site experience.
• Support app testing, optimization, and merchandising to enhance content relevancy and user engagement.
• Maintain key content documentation and improve workflows for high-quality execution.
• *Qualifications:**
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Merchandising, or Marketing.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to translate performance data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to shifting demands, and drive cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, A/B testing, or similar tools is a plus.
