Summary

Strategize, plan, and optimize digital content for Total Wine & More's web and app to drive eCommerce engagement and conversion.

Total Wine & More is seeking a **Digital Content Planner** to join our growing Digital team. This role is pivotal in driving eCommerce goals by leading the planning, briefing, and optimization of high-impact content programs across our Web and App platforms.

Leveraging data-driven insights, customer behavior, and market trends, you will shape content strategies that deliver measurable results, ensuring content quality, consistency, and effectiveness through cross-functional partnerships.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead the planning and execution of digital content campaigns, including defining goals, strategy, creative briefs, and managing timelines.
  • Analyze campaign and content performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop campaign recaps and standardize measurement templates to inform future content planning.
  • Collaborate with Digital Merchandising and Marketing teams to identify and execute engaging content opportunities.
  • Monitor emerging trends and competitive landscapes to inform content strategy and enhance user experience.
  • Support A/B testing and optimization within the Total Wine app to improve content relevancy and user engagement.
  • Maintain key content documentation and improve workflows for efficient, high-quality content execution.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Merchandising, or Marketing.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of translating performance data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects, adapting to shifting priorities, and driving collaborative results.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, A/B testing, or similar tools is a plus.
