Summary
Lead national security cyber and federal IT system development, driving efficiency within the Senior Executive Service.
This Senior Executive Service (SES) position seeks a dedicated leader committed to enhancing federal government efficiency, upholding the rule of law, and serving the American republic.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead a national security or intelligence-focused organization in developing national-level cyber analysis, research, and tools to support senior officials and policymakers.
- Direct teams responsible for developing, operating, securing, and accrediting federal information technology systems for large, geographically dispersed organizations.
- *Required Qualifications (Demonstrated in a 2-page Resume):**
- *Technical Qualifications (TQs):**
- **TQ 1:** Proven experience leading a national security/intelligence organization to develop national-level cyber analysis, research, and tools for senior officials/policymakers.
- **TQ 2:** Demonstrated experience leading a team that developed, operated, secured, and accredited federal IT systems for a geographically-dispersed large organization.
- *Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs):**
- **ECQ 1 (Commitment to Rule of Law & American Founding Principles):** Knowledge of the American government system, commitment to the Constitution, rule of law, and public service.
- **ECQ 2 (Driving Efficiency):** Ability to strategically and efficiently manage resources, budget effectively, reduce wasteful spending, and pursue efficiency through process and technological upgrades.
- **ECQ 3 (Merit & Competence):** Demonstrated knowledge, ability, and technical competence to consistently produce exceptional quality work.
- **ECQ 4 (Leading People):** Proven ability to lead and inspire teams towards organizational vision, mission, and goals, fostering a high-performance, high-accountability culture.
- **ECQ 5 (Achieving Results):** Demonstrated ability to achieve both individual and organizational results, aligning with stated goals from superiors.
