Deputy Director, Fleet And Family Readiness

We are seeking a highly experienced leader for executive-level business operations. The ideal candidate will possess robust strategic planning and operational management expertise, particularly within military F&FR programs.

• *Responsibilities & Requirements:**
• Lead executive-level business operations, including direct planning of business strategies and daily operational management to achieve enterprise goals.
• Apply expert knowledge of management principles, methods, techniques, and systems.
• Demonstrate mastery in program management, requirements determination, policy development, evaluation, and program implementation.
• Possess extensive knowledge of military F&FR programs, including the ability to apply experimental theories to resolve complex problems.
• Utilize expert, sound independent judgment in solving financial problems and administering management programs.
• Direct and coordinate difficult and complex programs effectively.
• Develop, apply, and adjust strategic plans and policies to attain objectives.
• Select, develop, and supervise a subordinate staff.
• Make significant decisions or recommendations that change, interpret, or develop important F&FR services policies or programs.
• *Minimum Qualifications:**
• Six or more years of specialized experience in executive-level business operations.
