Job Description

Summary

Lead enterprise training programs and staff development initiatives, overseeing supervision, performance, and strategic training operations.

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to manage and enhance our enterprise-level training programs and staff development initiatives. This role requires proven expertise in both leadership and technical aspects of organizational training.

  • *Minimum Qualifications:**
  • **Leadership Experience:**
* Supervising and coordinating organizational units, including direct and indirect reports, assigning work, managing priorities, and evaluating performance against strategic goals. * Managing employee performance and growth, encompassing readiness assessments, recognition, feedback, development opportunities, and performance/conduct issue resolution. * Overseeing and improving staff lifecycle processes, including recruiting, hiring, training, utilization, and succession planning.
  • **Technical Experience:**
* Managing three or more segments of an enterprise-level training program. * Key areas include: * Curriculum design and development * Training delivery and operations support * Innovation in training methodologies * Training customer relationship management * Strategic planning and resource allocation * Performance evaluation and workflow management for training programs.
