This executive-level position requires a seasoned leader to oversee complex financial management programs, evaluate operations, and drive efficiency improvements. The role demands significant leadership and technical expertise in a dynamic environment.
- *Key Responsibilities & Requirements:**
- *Leadership Experience:**
- Supervise and coordinate direct and indirect organizational units, including work assignment, priority changes, and performance evaluation.
- Manage employee performance and growth, assessing readiness for new roles, providing feedback, fostering development, and addressing performance issues.
- Lead teams in evaluating business programs, developing new methods and models for operational improvement, and assisting with change implementation.
- *Technical Experience:**
- Provide expert advisory services on high-level, complex financial management programs and systems, including their use, requirements, capabilities, and identifying improvements or savings. This involves recommending system modifications or replacements.
- Conduct complex analysis and manpower studies to gauge and evaluate programs and resources.
- Develop data-driven findings and formulate recommendations to enhance performance and create operational efficiencies.
