Candidates must demonstrate substantial leadership experience, typically at the GS-15 level or equivalent, across all outlined qualifications.

- Proven ability to manage a multi-million dollar design and construction capital program, encompassing full lifecycle project delivery with robust budget development, quality control, technical support, and resource management.
- Experience managing and supervising over 300 professional and trade staff.
- Skilled in the development of operational and strategic management plans focused on cultural and customer services.
