Deputy Associate Administrator Design And Construction

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Executive to lead critical federal initiatives, demonstrating a strong commitment to public service and government efficiency.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Oversee and lead enterprise-level project management systems, including policy development, cost analysis, project tools, and professional development programs.
• Direct the development and execution of acquisition and procurement strategies for capital construction solutions, leveraging expertise in federal acquisition regulations, various contract types, and project delivery methodologies.
• *Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQs):**
• Experience leading a complex organization responsible for overseeing enterprise-level project management systems.
• Proven knowledge, experience, and credentials in leading teams to develop acquisition and procurement strategies for best value capital construction solutions, including federal regulations and various contract types.
• *Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs):**

Applicants must demonstrate competency in the following five ECQs:
