Summary

Lead federal enterprise project management and acquisition, driving efficiency and upholding governance as a Senior Executive.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead and oversee enterprise-level project management systems, including policy development, cost analysis, tool implementation, and professional development.
  • Develop and execute acquisition and procurement strategies for capital construction, applying knowledge of federal regulations, contract types, and delivery methodologies.
  • Strategically manage resources, budget effectively, and pursue efficiency through process and technological upgrades.
  • Inspire and lead high-performance teams, fostering accountability and achieving organizational vision and goals.
  • *Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQs):**
  • **Enterprise Project Management:** Proven experience leading complex organizations in overseeing enterprise-level project management systems, covering policy, cost analysis, tools, and professional development.
  • **Federal Acquisition & Procurement:** Expertise in leading teams to develop acquisition and procurement strategies for best value capital construction solutions, including federal regulations, contract types (fixed price, cost reimbursable), and various project delivery methodologies.
  • *Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) - *Required for new SES entrants; see note for exemptions*:**
  • **Commitment to Rule of Law:** Uphold the Constitution and serve the American people.
  • **Driving Efficiency:** Strategically manage resources, budget, and implement process/tech improvements.
  • **Merit and Competence:** Produce exceptional quality work reliably.
