Join our Senior Executive Service (SES) team dedicated to enhancing Federal government efficiency and upholding constitutional principles. This leadership role focuses on advanced acquisition management and inspiring a high-performing workforce.
- *Core Responsibilities:**
- Interpret and apply Federal acquisition regulations, laws, and procedures.
- Guide, inspire, and motivate the federal contracting workforce to achieve efficient and effective procurement operations.
- Identify mission-critical acquisition needs, integrate priorities, and provide strategic advice to senior agency executives on successful outcomes.
- *Key Qualifications:**
- **Expertise in Federal Acquisition:** Demonstrated knowledge and application of current federal acquisition regulations, laws, practices, and techniques to drive effective procurement operations.
- **Strategic Acquisition Leadership:** Proven experience in identifying and prioritizing acquisition management needs, and advising agency executives, including political appointees, on achieving successful outcomes.
- **Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs):**
- **Application Note:** Your resume (2-page maximum) must clearly demonstrate evidence of these Technical and Executive Core Qualifications. Current SES members or OPM-certified SES candidates are exempt from explicitly addressing ECQs/TQs but must provide proof of eligibility.
