- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze intricate defense acquisition, portfolio management, and project lifecycles across diverse technical and managerial fields.
- Translate broad national security objectives into specific programmatic guidance for major defense programs, including aircraft, ships, submarines, ground vehicles, unmanned systems, munitions, and electronic warfare platforms.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- *Technical Qualifications (TQs):**
- Comprehensive understanding of defense acquisition, demonstrated by the ability to analyze complex portfolio and program management.
- Proven managerial competence in translating national security objectives into specific programmatic guidance for major defense programs.
